Hello’s & Updates from the Team!

Hi Everyone!

Hope you are all well and enjoying the lighter nights we are having.  I had a lovely first mother’s day the other Sunday with my little girl – I was well and truly spoiled :0)

Easter is on its way and the shops are literally rammed with chocolate – not great if you’re trying to stray away from temptation.  Just keep focusing on your fitness goals guys and remind youself why it’s not worth giving in and buying a creme egg every time you nip into the supermarket for a few bits!

I kick off another Bootcamp @ Home at the beginning of April – this is the PERFECT time to make sure you are looking fabulous for summer.  Don’t keep putting it off until it gets too late – take action now!

I have 2 new classes – Legs, Bums & Tums – in Hoyland and Mapplewell starting in April and I’m soooo excited!  I hope to see some of you there ! :0)

Keep it energetic guys and most importantly – keep it Foxy ;0p

As our March Bootcamp @ Home is coming to a close we’re now taking bookings for our April intake starting on Monday 2 April 2012. Bootcamp @ Home is perfect if you struggle to commit to attending sessions because of work patterns/childcare/etc. You still get the same great results but in the comfort of your own home. Take a look at our Bootcamp @ Home page to see the results our ladies have achieved!

Now is the perfect time to get in shape in time for bikini season so what are you waiting for?!

The next round of Fitness Pilates and Kettlercise are now open to book.  You can either visit the booking pages on our website or book your place in class.

The Tuesday Kettlercise kicks off again on 3 April 2012 – click here to book your spot on the Mapplewell Kettlercise class.

The Wednesday Kettlercise kicks off again on 4 April 2012 – click here to book your spot on the Dodworth Kettlercise class.

Fitness Pilates on Saturday morning is a fab way to kick off a wonderfully energising and relaxing weekend so why not join us for the next slot?  This starts again on Saturday 7 April 2012 – click here to book your spot on the Monk Bretton Fitness Pilates class.

Thanks so much for voting everyone – as you can tell by the title of this post the new Mapplewell class was voted to be Legs, Bums & Tums (LBT for short)!  This along with the LBT at Kirk Balk School in Hoyland will start the first week after Easter on the week commencing 16 April 2012.

Our Hoyland class will be Monday 16 April 2012 at 6:15pm until 7:00pm and is £4 per class.  Foxy Fit Passes may be used in this class if you have one.

Our Mapplewell class will be Tuesday 17 April 2012 at 6:10pm until 6:55pm and is again £4 per class.  Foxy Fit Passes are also valid at this class.

Nikki would LOVE to see you there and have a blast whilst sculpting those beach ready bods in time for summer! :0)

New Tuesday Mapplewell Class – YOU CHOOSE!

We are looking to start a brand new class the slot before our Tuesday Zumba class in Mapplewell.  The class time would be 6:10pm-6:55pm but as for what class it is – we want to know what YOU guys want!  Get your vote in here on our Facebook page:

Hello’s & Updates from the Team!

Hi Guys!

We’ve had some gorgeous sunny days recently (including today as I’m writing this!) and I don’t know about you but it really makes me want to get out there and train my butt off (literally lol!).  Before we know it bikini season will be here and I don’t want to be the one hiding under a sarong so now is the time to take action to make sure that doesn’t happen!  Who’s with me?

Shake Your Bootycamp kicked off last week and it’s been a blast!  Everybody really shook their stuff to Olly Murs last Monday – I was so impressed and then to finish off we blasted the fat with some kick ass body conditioning.  Really looking forward to tomorrow’s session! :0)

We’re looking to start a class before the Tuesday Zumba in Mapplewell but we want to know what YOU want so check further down the newsletter to get your say!
