Staff |
| Foxy Fitness is able to provide private classes
within the workplace to assist you in keeping your staff healthy and
happy. These sessions can be run in a classroom, office or schools
sports facilities so that staff can attend before leaving work. A
set fee of £30 is charged for these sessions meaning you can either use
available funding for staff welfare to provide the sessions for your
employees or you can divide the cost of the class between staff that
attend. If 15 employees attend the class they pay just £2 each -
bargain! A popular session for this type of service is Fitness
Pilates which helps to de-stress and relax participants whilst also
promoting good postural awareness and improving core strength (great for

| School Sessions |
| From September Foxy Fitness will be providing
fitness sessions within schools. Sessions provided include a wide
range of activities including Zumbatomic (Kids version of Zumba) (I am the only
instructor in Yorkshire who can legally provide this class), Street
Dance, Cheerleading, Hula, Combat, Circuits, Fitness Pilates and Games.
Sessions can be run in curriculum time in blocks of terms or half terms,
sessions can be provided as part of assemblies, healthy living weeks,
wake n shake sessions or after school clubs. Please contact me for more details about Foxy Fitness working with your school.

Authority Events |
| If you would like to book Foxy Fitness to
provide taster sessions at an event or to warm up/revitalise your staff
at an event then please
contact me to book a
slot in. Local events in Barnsley are charged at £30 per hour with
a minimum of 1 hour to be charged. Events outside of the local
area are charged at £40 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours to be
charged. Any events that require considerable travel (over 60 miles round trip) or an overnight stay then please contact me to discuss requirements and fees.

ways that can be set up to pay for the class (ie pay per person or a

| Personal Fitness Tuition is available in many
different disciplines such as General Fitness (weights and
cardiovascular), Zumba, Fitness Pilates, Yoga, Step and is charged at £30 per hour.
Programmes are tailored to suit you rather than a more general programme
which is what you would receive in a fitness class. Please contact me if you wish to discuss booking personal fitness tuition for yourself or a gift for a friend/family member. |
